" I am delighted with this step in the right direction... After many years of hard work it has been worth it; despite threats against my personal safety and a lack of funding.
BUT the campaign is not over - I still want a registration process put back in place so I will continue to strive to achieve that aim.

We see these steps forward as an improvement on the current legislation.
However this does not get around the need for there to be an official registration and vetting system for model agencies put in place.
Without full knowledge of how may UK agencies there are, who is setting them up, where they are based and whether those setting up the agencies are of suitable character to be in a position of trust, the rogue element will continue to prey on the public and the EAS agency inspectorate will not be able to enforce or implement new legislation effectively.
